I know, I know, I know. It's been forever since I posted and all that jazz. To be honest, I started a post on April Fool's Day, but then didn't finish it and as the days passed it lost relevance. To catch you up to speed on a few things:
I convinced all of my teens I had a broken foot for April Fool's Day

My parents and Jake came to visit me, and it was awesome
I went to Hogwarts
A fellow OYCer has gone home
My dear friend Hayden is currently on a plane back to Florida, having finished her One Year Challenge. I am SO sad that she is gone for so many reasons! Her flight left a little after 6 this morning, so Casey and I spent the night at Gatwick airport with her to keep her company and say our goodbyes. I'm not too sad, though- I know I'll see her again soon!

Hayden leaving has really driven home the fact that my own time is rapidly approaching. I officially head back to the States on June 1st, which is exactly 5 weeks from today. I am so, so excited to be reunited with my family, friends, dog, car, and bed, but I will definitely miss London and the friends I have made here! London is such a special and wonderful city. I wish I could pick up everything within the A406 and bring it back to Georgia with me! (Ok fine, and the South Circular too...even though South London isn't "real London".) Even still, I can't wait to spend some time in my eno relaxing, reading a good book, and enjoying the summer sunshine. Only a few more weeks to go!
